Approach to decision-making

My approach to decision-making varies depending on the context and the stakeholders involved. If you are unsure about the technical implementation, I will agree with the team to ensure we have a collective understanding and approach.

For task prioritization, I consult with the Product Owner to align our work with business goals. When it comes to code quality, I consult with the directors and team on best practices. If there are problems to resolve, I inquire to gather insights and develop solutions collaboratively. For tool selection, I consult with the team and all relevant stakeholders to make informed decisions.

Ultimately, my goal is to foster a collaborative and transparent decision-making process that leverages the expertise of the team.
