CEREMONIES & MEETINGS

Purpose

The Sprint Retrospective is a critical Scrum event held at the end of each sprint. Its primary purpose is to reflect on the sprint, identify areas for improvement, and create actionable plans to enhance the team's processes and performance. This meeting is an opportunity for the Scrum Team to inspect and adapt their way of working to become more effective and efficient.

Reflect on the Sprint

Review what went well, what didn't go well, and how the team can improve.

Identify Improvements

Determine specific actions to improve processes, collaboration, and overall performance.

Create an Improvement Plan
